Luke joined Spire Capital in March 2026. He is responsible for transaction sourcing, executing new investments, and portfolio company management at Spire.

Prior to joining Spire, Luke was an Associate at NewSpring Capital, a private equity firm focused on lower-middle-market investments. Prior to NewSpring, Luke was an Analyst in the Leveraged Finance Group at RBC Capital Markets, where he was responsible for the structuring and syndication process of leveraged loan and high-yield bond issuances across all industries.

Luke holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Boston College with a concentration in Finance.

Outside of work, Luke enjoys spending time with family and friends, exercising, and reading.
