Zach joined Spire Capital in 2022 and is currently Principal, Portfolio Company Operations and Finance. In this role, he works closely with Spire’s portfolio companies to help drive shareholder value through professionalization and operational improvement, partnering with management teams and finance leaders across the portfolio. He also works with the firm’s CFO on fund administration.

Prior to joining Spire, Zach was the Senior Vice President, Director of Finance at Univest Financial Corporation, a financial services business that provides banking, insurance, and wealth management services. While at Univest, Zach was responsible for budgeting, planning, M&A modeling and due diligence, and developing the capital allocation strategy. Prior to Univest, Zach started his career at KPMG, LLP, spending time in the Deal Advisory and Audit practices.

Zach serves as a Director on the Boards of The Inception Company and WatchMeGrow.

Zach graduated from Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

In his free time, Zach enjoys spending time with his family. He has a passion for sports and the outdoors.
