Ally joined Spire Capital in February 2023. She is responsible for transaction sourcing, executing new investments, and portfolio company management at Spire.

Prior to joining Spire, Ally was an Analyst in the Leveraged Finance Group at Jefferies, where she supported capital markets and M&A transactions across all industries.

Ally received a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Dartmouth College, where she majored in Psychological Brain Sciences and minored in Markets, Management & the Economy.

Outside of work, Ally enjoys playing tennis on the West Side Highway, trying new restaurants, and escaping the city to go fishing and sailing on Cape Cod.
