(“Carpathia”), a leading hybrid cloud services provider, to QTS Realty Trust (NYSE: QTS), a national provider of data center solutions and fully managed services, for approximately $326 million.

QTS closed the transaction on June 16, 2015. Credit Suisse acted as exclusive financial advisor to Spire and Carpathia, while Dentons acted as their legal advisor. Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. acted as lead financial advisor and TD Securities acted as financial advisor to QTS. Hogan Lovells US LLP acted as legal advisor to QTS.
