Kevin Dowd, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Sonitrol, made the purchase announcement.Sonitrol of Crossville, TN, having a solid customer base, provides security services to Eastern Tennessee, and the new property borders existing Sonitrol company-owned branch territories in Tennessee. Account monitoring will be seamlessly transitioned to Sonitrol’s Baltimore Central Station with attention focused on continued quality service to our new Sonitrol customers.
Sonitrol’s General Manager of Atlanta, GA, Bobby Keith, will oversee the sales and operations for this region. “This expands our Tennessee presence beyond Memphis, Chattanooga and Nashville, and confirms our commitment to be the leader in audio verified electronic security,” said Kevin Dowd, Sonitrol’s CEO.
