Nassau Broadcasting Closes On Purchase Of 11 Radio Stations in Maine


Portland, ME — Nassau Broadcasting Partners,

L.P.(“Nassau”), a leading radio group in the Northeast, announced today

that it has closed on the purchase of two radio groups in Maine.

Nassau has acquired the stations of the Radio Partners of Maine, L.P.

They are 107.5 WTHT-FM, 99.9 WMEK-FM, 106.7 WMTW-FM, 870 WMTW-AM, and

1470 WLAM-AM. In addition, Nassau has purchased the stations of Mariner

Broadcasting, L.P.: The Classical W-Bach Network stations (106.3 WBQW,

Scarborough/Portland, 99.3 WBQQ Kennebunk, 106.9 WBQW

Thomaston/Rockland, 107.7 WBQI Bar Harbor/Bangor), 104.7 WQEZ

Kennebunkport and 105.5 WBYA Islesboro/Camden.

named Director of Sales/Maine.
