Investor Group Commits to New Three-Year Operating Plan
Denver, CO — Don Doctor, CEO of Encoda Systems, announced today that Marga McNally has joined Encoda’s senior management team in the newly created position of Executive Vice President of Strategic Planning. This position was created as part of management’s recently developed three-year operating plan. The plan focuses on improved customer responsiveness and increased internal operating flexibility that will facilitate continued improvements to the Company’s suite of products and services.
Mr. Doctor stated, “I am extremely pleased to announce the addition of Marga McNally to our team. She comes to Encoda after 10 years of service at NBC, most recently as president of CNBC in Europe. In addition to hiring Ms. McNally, Encoda has also received a renewed commitment from its investor group to provide capital resources in support of the Company’s three-year operating plan. While no funding is currently required, this commitment signals a strong endorsement of the Company’s recent management changes as well as its strategic objectives and goals.
