Inflow's Automation Focus Featured in BusinessWeek Magazine

BusinessWeek’s `Info Tech 100′ Edition Features Inflow as Innovative Services Provider

Denver, CO — Today, Inflow, a leading provider

of outsourced technology services, announced it has been featured in the

June 21 issue of BusinessWeek magazine.

The article covers how Inflow, the operator of 13 computer data

centers across the United States, is responding to labor-cost pressures

by automating procedures without increasing the work required to host

Web sites and other applications for more than 900 corporate customers.

Inflow is ISO 9001:2000 certified and has over 300 processes and

procedures in place to run its operations, and its customers’

operations, more effectively. Inflow’s Server Management software is

also highlighted, which was designed to automatically set up servers and

patch program glitches in a fraction of the time it would take to do so

manually. As a result, at any given time, only a handful of people are

able to run 20,000-square-foot facilities packed to the rafters with

humming equipment.

Also included in the article is detail on Inflow’s financial health.

The article states seven-year-old Inflow has survived the downturned

economy and is on track to increase revenues by 31%, to $63 million,

this year. Because of its highly automated operations, Inflow has

reduced its operators in each data center by 45% in the past three

years. “We’re able to bring on additional business without adding

employees,” says Inflow Chief Executive Art Zeile.

Additionally, the article mentions Inflow’s customer-satisfaction

rating of 9 (on a scale of 1 to 10) for four years running, compared to a

tech-industry average of 7.8. The article appears on BusinessWeek

Online at the following link:,

as well as in the June 21 BusinessWeek print edition. “We’re very

excited to be receiving national attention for something that has been a

fundamental component of our culture since inception — process,

automation and their effect on our customers,” says Zeile. “We look

forward to continuing to enhance operations for our national base of
