Leading IT Outsourcer Also Reports Other Key Milestones

Denver, CO — Today, Inflow, a leading provider

of outsourced technology services, announced it has achieved above-plan

performance in first quarter 2004 and predicts a continued fast pace for

growth.

Inflow Reaches First $5M Revenue Month in March

For the first time, Inflow reached over $5M of revenue in one month.

Inflow’s total revenue for March was $5.14M, substantially ahead of

projections for 2004. Q403 to Q104 revenue grew by over 9%.

“We are extremely proud of this accomplishment. It signifies we are

successfully providing high quality service to our existing customers

and growing our base of new customers,” said Mark Hughes, chief

financial officer for Inflow. “Like the rebounding technology sector

that we support, we have continued to grow and remain focused on

achieving greater revenue goals.”

EBITDA Exceeds First Quarter Plan

Inflow’s first quarter EBITDA was $1.75M, also significantly ahead of

2004 projections. “Based on current trends, we’re confident our

earnings will exceed our 2004 goals,” said Hughes.

ISO Certification

Inflow’s Quality Management System, Corporate location and all 13

Internet Data Center (IDC) facilities are certified to ISO 9001:2000.

Less than 1% of U.S. companies are ISO 9001:2000 certified, and

Inflow is one of a handful of companies in its industry to obtain this

certification. Achieving ISO 9001:2000 certification signifies that a

company provides unmatched quality in its provision of products and

services on a continual basis. Inflow will undergo regular reviews to

obtain continued re-certification.

Customer and Employee Growth

As compared to 830 customers at the end of 2003, Inflow now serves

more than 900 customers. To support its growth, Inflow projects to grow

its overall staff 10% by year’s end.
